Eric Groszyk harvests crops in a parking lot
Eric Groszyk, a former investment banker, harvests crops from a 320-square-foot shipping container in a Brooklyn parking lot. He is one of ten farmers selected by indoor farming company Square Roots to grow local GMO-free greens all year round. Square Roots produces roughly 500 pounds of greens every week for several hundred customers.Eric personally delivers 20 pounds of produce each week to his 45 customers. Their feedback determines which crops he grows.
